I've been there for lunch and dinner. Their lobster risotto is out of this world. Great service and great prices.
Food is always good. You get a decent amount. The salad comes in a big bowl for everyone to share. One constant downer... ordered Irish coffee which is to come with whip cream and shaved white chocolate slivers on it, Three times ordered and missing the best part of whip cream and shavings. Keep getting told (after it is brought to the table) they are out of those items. This should be told by staff when a person orders it. It's not cheap... boo...
I've come here with my parents a couple of times and while not the best Italian food, it's good for a cute night out. I made a reservation about 3 hours earlier and they had plenty of openings! The fried calamari (5/10) is decent, but not crispy. The sauce it comes with is good though. The free garlic knots are good but the salad has way too much dressing. I ordered the seafood fradiavola (7/10) with veggies. It was only a little spicy and the shrimp and calamari were good but the mussels were a little sandy and not great. The side of veggies (zucchini/onion/broccoli/cauliflower) were really good though! My dad liked the lasagna which was very ricotta-forward and my mom's salmon salad had the smallest piece of salmon on it. We each had the limoncello dessert (10/10) - lemon sorbetto swirled with vanilla gelato with mango topping and this was a fantastic way to end the night!
Tuscany is a wonderful local Italian restaurant located off Olde Towne Road and Longhill Road. The food is always delicious!! You can ask to switch the sauce that's listed on the menu with another that you would prefer. We've enjoyed the chicken limone, which is like piccata, lobster raviolis, pasta primavera with chicken added, lasagna, and fettuccine duchessa. Portions are large, resulting in leftovers to take home. They also provide a bowl of salad and garlic knots. If you don't like garlic, you can ask for them plain with butter. The cocktails are such a deal at about $8 each. Wine by the glass is also well priced, as are the bottles of wine. Service is excellent, with our server carefully taking down every order and getting them correct. One night we were a party of 14, and our server was fabulous. He didn't even blink when we asked for separate checks per couple. The dining room is clean comfortable, with seating for large groups located in an open back area. Parking is free and near the door.
The food was amazing. Great atmosphere and wonderful service all evening. So many choices.
Absolutely blown away. 10/10 all day long. If you haven't been here yet give it a whirl because you won't be upset.
Absolutely FANTASTIC!!! I was in the Williamsburg area recently, and a group of five of us decided to eat at this restaurant. Marco was our waiter and he was the absolute best. He came and took our drink order and answered some questions about the menu. A few of us ordered the chicken Parmesan and it was out of this world. My sister ordered lobster ravioli, and she said it was the best she had ever had. They served the meal with a big bowl of salad to share and garlic knots. Everything we had was top-notch. I highly recommend this restaurant and the price is right.
Time for an update... Ironically, Anastasia was our server again tonight. She's still sweet and checked in on us several times. For dinner, I ordered the Trio Parmesan and hubby had the Ravioli Rivera. Both were incredible. Between the garlic knots, salad, dinner, and of course, the chocolate crunch cake for dessert, we left ready to pop! Thoroughly enjoyed
First time at Tuscany Ristorante tonight and the ambiance and seating is very nice. We loved the amount of space between tables. See pics The service was impeccable, first class and very attentive to our needs(first timers) and very friendly. Thank You The food was delicious, from the salad to appetizers to the entrees. Alot of food at our table, so leftovers tomorrow! Next time, trying the pizza. Pizza dough is from scratch...
The food at Tuscany Ristorante was amazing. They have a huge variety of options and give you very large portions. The food was very tasty and the unlimited salad and garlic knots were so good! I think the pasta was homemade which made it even more delicious. The service was pretty good. The waitress was nice, but could have been more attentive. If you it with a card, they will charge you a 3% fee. The ambiance was very family oriented. If you want a booth, you have to specifically make a reservation for one. However, overall, the restaurant was nice, not upscale, but quiet and a great place to have a good Italian meal with your family or friends.
